Waratah Florist

I ordered flowers for Christmas to send to my family, there was only 6 flowers and a bit of greenery and half of them died the following day. Never again will I spend an exuberant amount of money on something I don’t know what they looked before purchase. I’m absolutely disgusted to say the least. My sister took a picture of the flowers and I was livid, I will not recommend this store to family and friends sorry!

Staff is very friendly and was willing to help last minute. Happy to recommend the business to anyone looking for good priced and good quality flowers. Thank you Waratah Florist!

As a local I like to support small business’ in my area as much possible, however after my experience with Waratah Florist today, I will no longer be supporting a business that has appalling customer service. As I collected my bouquet of flowers from the store with my sister, a lady walking by overheard our conversation about how disappointed we were with the service and the arrangement we received. Thank you to the stranger for giving us the push to go back to the store and to ask for the florist to change our bouquet to how we wanted them. The process of buying beautiful flowers from Waratah

I ordered a bunch of seasonal flowers and the birthday girl could not have been happier. Coincidentally they were her favourite colour. Top marks to this great florist.

I’ve ordered twice from waratah and both times they did the same thing. I’ve even said to them, make them look nice.
For the amount you pay there isn’t enough blooms in the bouquet. I was quiet embarrassed when the other end received the flowers and sent me photos. Absolutely not happy at all. Never again….. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I make hand made cards for this beautiful business and it is such an honour to do so. They have beautiful flower arrangements and bunches which are made with love and care. I highly recommend this florist.

My experience was great, I called and asked if they could deliver flowers that day and they did. The person I spoke to on the phone was lovely and the woman who delivered them, I believe her name was Georgia, was so nice and made the recipient very happy. Thank you for the lovely bunch of flowers.

Anne has been absolutely amazing and made sure my wedding day was perfect. She is highly professional but accommodating/flexible at the same time. She was very patient as I tried to explain what look I wanted and has a broad knowledge of floristry.
Couldn't of asked for anyone else on this special day.

I am a baker and have purchased many flowers from Waratah Florist. Anne the owner is wonderful and super helpful. I highly recommend Waratah Florist to anyone looking for great flowers and a good selection of them. Great for local bakers in the area as well looking to decorate their cakes!
