Our kits include everything you need to complete the job safely and properly, from safety gear to disposal bags and instructions on how to complete the job.
Here at Area 51 we are fully equipped to take care of private demolition work and are licensed to demolish any building under 10m of height. You can rely on Area 51 with your Brisbane and Ipswichhouse demolition. As the material has many uses and can be found in a multitude of products, it can almost be impossible to recognise it without a trained eye.
Builders are allowed to move up to 10m2 of bonded asbestos without a license - e.g. about 3m x 3m of wall, floor or ceiling. The team started and finished the house demolition job when they said they would.
Working across the street from a school, they took appropriate measures to minimise concerns from the school/public.
They took particular care not to damage existing underground sewer pipes.
The friendly team left the site tidy and safe.

Great team at Area 51. We initially got a quote elsewhere to get some asbestos removed and nearly fell off our chair. We understand its dangerous materials but thought to get some comparison quotes. the team at Area 51 responded to our request and came out to visit and measure up the area same day, sent a quote through very quickly and came in at under half the price. Great company, wouldn't hesitate to use.

Prompt and friendly service from start to finish. All were on time and happy to assist, whether it be from Bill (quoting), Tony (admin) or removal work (Connor and the boys). Flooring in one room had to be looked at further - it was completed shortly after it was raised and Bill re-attended to double check their work. Great communication and good value.

What a fantastic service, we rang up and arranged an inspection for asbestos removal the same day. Within a week we had the a bathroom, internal wall and sunroom had removed. Such a clean and professional job. On top of that all the team were great, very friendly and explained the process. Can't rate highly enough, thanks again and we will 100% use your services in the future!
