We charge an inspection fee that is refundable if the go ahead is given for the job at the time of visit. All Drainage and leak detection is charged as per price given at inspection.

I had a new hot water system installed and a leaking pipe under very thick concrete done by Barry.He was so professional and so quick getting here to get my hot water sorted.He organised the tank and everything else so fast.He was amazing and will be the first person I call next time !!!

I found out about this guy through google search after not having hot water running (even though cold water was available). The pipes leading the hot water was blocked which required the pipes to be diverted. Barry came to investigate and repair as well as replacing the valves on the hot water system. I am very grateful to him for his service in getting the hot water restored and keeping everyone happy with hot showers finally back. I recommend Hot Water Guy for being on time, professional, and for explaining what is happening, and what needs to be done. Thank you

What a pleasure to work with Barry. Very responsive, on time and good communication. Our hot water system had to be replaced, I called Barry and he showed up within an hour and replaced our system. Due to technical issues the new system was not functioning correct. Barry went out of his way over the weekend to source a new system. First thing Monday morning he replaced the system again with the new one and I could not thank him enough. I can honestly say it was one of my best experiences with plumbing services. Barry is a legend!!!!

Barry was fantastic for us and saved us a lot of money on a huge problem with our hot water system dying. He was honest, extremely helpful and had us with hot water within 24 hours and replaced the tank within 2 hours. Very happy and will recommend the company to friends and family. Thanks again Barry!
