Services
We provide both Warranty Servicing and Out of Warranty servicing to an extensive range of appliance brands. Our technicians can arrange an in-home repair at a time convenient to you. More portable machines like coffee machines or vacuums, can be brought directly to our Fairy Meadow workshop for inspection.
Our Fairy Meadow showroom boasts an extensive range of spare parts for most makes and models of appliances. From pumps to get your washing machine working again, or a replacement handle for a well used dryer, we're sure you can find it at Regional Appliance Service. If not, we'll order it in for you!
You'll find a range of both new and reconditioned Washing Machines, Dryers, Refrigerators and Dishwashers. All new appliances carry the manufacturers standard warranty and all reconditioned units carry our Regional Appliance Service warranty of either 6 or 12 months. We have access to most brands on the market so if you are after a particular brand we can likely order it in for you.

I have dealt with and used this business before and have always been happy with their service, but today when I spoke to Leslie I was very impressed with her customer service and honesty. We discussed about regassing the fridge, costs involved (including labour, parts, etc). Many thanks to Leslie’s advice, it is obviously going to be much cheaper to buy a fridge. Just have to wait till COVID restrictions are lifted so we can go check out a replacement.

Very poor service and rude receptionist. First they never ordered parts and we had to ring supplier as they refused to. When we enquired about why not place order they stated "we just didn't, didn't know what information to put". Then they ordered wrong part. No updates and we had to follow up every week to get anything actioned. It's been 5 weeks and still not fixed.
Only positive is technicians professional and followed COVID rules

Regional were allocated as preferred repairer by Bosch for a warranty repair to our oven after the initial repairer failed us dismally. Aaron who attended from Regional was on time, polite and had the job done in 15mins. I'd highly recommend them and hope that Bosch choose to send their work their way in future.

The customer service for this business is dismal . I waited 10 days for the technician to visit to fix my Asko dishwasher.
The problem requires a new door switch. I rang three days after this visit to see if the art had been ordered- only to be told that it hadn't because the paperwork within the business takes at least three days before they can contact Asko - who then can take 24 hours to get back to them. I asked if I could have the required part number so I could organise the part through another more efficient company and was told I could not - that was their information- even though I had
