This company contracts to The Star for shuttle bus services
2 out of 6 occasions they’d showed up on time,
on the other two occasions it left a few minutes before the departure time and I missed it by a minute ! I wasn’t even late .
I emailed them as advised to let them know didn’t even bother replying back.
Today it didn’t even show up, I checked with office at Star at 10min prior to arrival as I noticed the internal stop was blocked pick up was outside golden century - they hadn’t even bothered to put a sign up to let anyone know .
I called office 5 minutes past the due arrival

V horrid experience. On my arrival d driver did nt turn up for an hour.. desk said traffic jam. O asked d driver.. he said i was informed late.
2 days later i had to b dropped to d airport for my flight to melbourne.. no driver came.. called d office twice .. told me to hold on.. nd den no reply..
