Services
WA Fire Protection, an ISO 9001 certified Silver Member of FPA Australia, commenced operations in 1988 providing sales and servicing of portable fire equipment to the Commercial and Industrial sectors of the market. We have grown into a well-respected business with servicemen covering an area from Geraldton in the north to Esperance in the south, Perth in the west to Kalgoorlie in the east and most places in between.
Our core business is the servicing of what is known in the industry as portable fire equipment. This covers hand held fire extinguishers, fire blankets, hose reels, hydrant heads and lay flat hoses. Australian Standards 1851-2012 requires fire equipment to be serviced monthly, six monthly, annually, and more, and we automatically visit our scheduled preventative maintenance clients by using our ServiceM8 computer database.
For our ever-increasing number of customers who use the oceans for recreation or making a living, we have now included a range of products for FM200, Novec 1230, and CO flood systems for use in boats and storage areas. We have an experienced team of technicians who are trained in the handling of greenhouse and ozone depleting gases that look after our marine clients' requirements.
WA Fire Protection are able to provide expert fire training for all of our clients. There are three fire training courses offered as well as evacuation plan development and training, all of which can be carried out at your premises or at a pre-arrange venue. We boast a formidable array of clients such as Ampol Australia, BP, St Johns Ambulance, Western Power, Water Corp, Mineral Resources, Rio Tinto, Svitzer Asia Pacific, Spotless, Hertz and UGL to name a few.
