There is parking on Albany Highway right out the front of our building. Alternatively, there is a car park located behind our building (off McMillan Street) for the convenience of our clients. If you are utilising public transport, buses operate regularly on Albany Highway and the Victoria Park Train Station is a 10 minute walk from our offices.

I'm not sure if the owner of this business has changed over the last year but I did not have the same experience as the other person who rated prime settlements. I'll start with the good: price was reasonable and the administration of the settlement process was done well as things went generally smoothly. Now for the bad: this is a pure "administrative" service, so do not expect other kind of support relating to buying a property.
