Most appauling level of service and professionalism I've come accross. When an organisation fails to ackowledge it's own faults and use such moments as opportunities to better identify future solutions and mitigate for possible issues, one can only come to the conclusion of limited service and professionalism. Any acknowledgement of fault that masquerades under a thin veil of 'yeah buts' and pointing to others concurrent faults is pathetic ownership and misses the point of acknowledgment, rectification, building rapport and maintaining business opportunities.
