Healing has been in my family for generations and its a passion and a honor to do the work I do. I specialise in therapeutic massage, deep tissue, remedial and sports recovery and performance massage from my two Sunshine Coast clinics. The human body is a fascinating and complex vessel and I have made it my focus to work with clients to attain the best results possible for their personal needs.
Aromatherapy uses essential oils to promote healing and a feeling of well-being and relaxation. The essential oils are extracted from the parts of herbs and plants and contain all the properties of the plants themselves. There are several ways of applying the oils, including adding the oils to your bath, or inhaling them, but the most effective is through massage.

Just wanted to shout out and highly recommend the lovely Lisa Mathews at Muscle Mechanics.
Lisa is only newish to muscle mechanics, however I have been seeing Lisa ongoing now over the few months on a regular basis for the full package of remedial massage, reiki healing, card reading etc.
Lisa is extremely thorough, empathetic & caring in nature. She has extensive experience as a reiki energy healer and although a lengthy healing process combined with the massage I am continuing to see some amazing results physically, mentally and spiritually. Do yourself a favour! ✨🦋

Amazing massage with Kath. Felt so relaxed and she was so intuitive with where the pain was in my back I didn't need to tell her. I had previous bad experiences with massage with pain and discomfort during and after the massage, but this was magic and my back feels amazing. I have booked future appointments.
