If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Firstly they installed the doggy door BACKWARDS, then they installed it too high so the flap on the matching door couldn't open, then it wasn't put in square. Then the sliding door itself didn't close and had to be slammed to lock up.
Furthermore, my complaints were ignored for 5 weeks, then when they finally responded and said they'd fix it they didn't turn up when they said they would.
