The Crimsafe doors were a little dearer than others, but obviously much more secure than the imitators. The company was excellent to deal with, the payment schedule was fair and reasonable with an initial deposit, progress payment, and remainder once I was happy with the instal. The installers (Matt and Stu), were perfectionists, did a great job with excellent customer rapport. I can highly recommend Securelux to anyone wanting an excellent job and peace of mind.

The company was local to us and we're so glad we chose them. A family company with great staff, from sales to office admin through to installation, the service we received was wonderful. Explanations as to colour choices to other options gave us both pro's and con's allowing us to make our own decision without feeling pressured. Highly recommend.

My experience with Securelux was excellent with great customer service. Staff I had contact with were friendly and courteous from Glenn who came to quote to Ryan the installer. On day of installation Ryan arrived on time had the job done in great time and cleaned up after he finished. Would certainly recommend Securelux.
