I paid for their so-called "designer" Lily to remove a few letters from a PDF print file. Instead of completing this simple task she removed a transparency which changed the colour of the background image. The "proof" I was sent was a low resolution JPG so I put colour differences down to compression. When the Duratrans film was printed the colour was totally off. They refused to reprint unless I paid for it despite it clearly being a mistake on their part. The manager Tod is an unethical business person. Their light boxes may be cheap but I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.
