Services
Escape, indulge and spoil yourself and your loved one with one of the best romantic getaways, only one hour from Melbourne. Our delightful cottages are set amongst beautiful gardens with heritage listed trees, abundant native bird and wildlife and a kaleidoscope of colours on the rock strewn hills and valley beyond.
We are delighted to offer a selection of platters, whether its a romantic night in for two or a beautiful picnic on the Goulburn. Local caught king prawns, coffin bay oysters smoked Tasmanian salmon and marinated baby octopus and mussels in a chilli lime and coriander dressing. Served with fresh summer salad, lemon wedges, cocktail sauce and a lime aioli.
Our beautiful property located only an hour from Melbourne's CBD in the heritage listed Trawool Valley welcomes you and your pet to join you in pet friendly accommodation taking a break away from the stresses of daily life. We are situated on ten acres property, with three acres of beautiful gardens and the rest natural bushland.
Our spa room is the perfect place for every season and central to all your attractions and activities at Trawool. Summer is the time to enjoy a refreshing dip. Lay back, enjoy the sunshine and shady garden views, with an icy cold beer or a glass (or two) of bubbles. Autumn shares the magic of our colourful gardens and golden hills with warm days and cool nights.

First time I came was good, price was great. Tried booking a second time today and was told by the owner to book through her instead of booking.com. she told me $450 for a one bed room for two nights, booking.com said $315. I told her the quote I got online and she was rude to me in the emails and said fine, book through booking.com. Don't want to stay somewhere where the owner tries to rip you off and might spit in your breakfast for booking elsewhere for cheaper....

Loved this place. My partner surprised me with a weekend getaway almost 3 years ago but he never told me the name nor did I remember to take a business card. I've been thinking about this place for years as I enjoyed it so much. The warm fire place, the sweet cottage, the coziness, I miss it all. Ontop of that, our dogs also got to enjoy a mini-holiday. It was only decently my partner told me the nme, so I had to leave a review! Highly recommend!! The owners are Lovely!!

We stayed at Trawool for the week of our wedding with a group of friends. I cannot even begin to describe how amazing this place is. As soon as you arrive you are set at ease and it only gets better from there. The cabins are gorgeous and everything you need is there. The spacious house and bedrooms were perfect for our guests with many laughs were shared around the table while enjoying Lindy's exquisite cooking!!
We were also fortunate enough to be able to host our post wedding farewell brunch at the property and aren't we gald we did!! The food was outstanding, it honestly could not have been

Great quiet location, not to far from the Goldburn River. Dog friendly but must be leashed when walking around the property. Wonderful cooked breakfast. The cabin we stayed in was spacious with good sized rooms and functional kitchen. The shower was a bit on the old side and could do with a make over and the cabin could certainly benifit from a deep clean.
