Used this company for a window and they were great turned up on time and did a great job.
So I then used them for a shower screen. Complete opposite. Poor communication from the office staff. They didn't advise me when they were not going to turn up to do the measurements. So I was home waiting for them.
Then when they did come to fit the screen nearly two weeks later it had been made to the wrong size. And the fitters were really rude no customer skills at all.
Will never use this company again.

DO NOT USE ASAP GLASS. POOR WORKMANSHIP, NO WARRANTY AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had a shower screen installed by ASAP glass. 2 years later the shower screen has failed and caused damage to surrounding area. I had a third party come and quote to repair who said the company who installed it should repair it as it was not installed correctly. ASAP Glass wanted nothing to do with it because they claimed 'there are no warranties on shower screens'. I then tried to go through insurance but they knocked back the claim due to faulty workmanship and provided a shower leak detection report confirming

REALLY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE.
I don't understand why they have some many "good reviews" after my experience with them.
Service was expensive and poorly done. I tried to negotiate with them to assess faulty installation however they wanted to charge me to send someone over to inspect it (claiming wear and tear on a job not even 2 years old).
A third party technician was arranged by me who inspected the work done by them and diagnosed a very poorly installation with wrong parts used.
Shame on you ASAP Glass.
