Don't have land? At BOA Homes we can work with you to locate a suitable block for your dream home. We also offer House and Land Packages which can be tailored to suit your budget and requirements. When selecting land consider the fall of the block and difficulty of build as retaining walls, rock breaking machinery, footings etc will increase the build cost.
