I started home renovations in my wife and my first home recently purchased without considering that some of the materials on my older house could have contained asbestos. I called Coastal who responded the very next day. Upon inspection the guy who came to take a sample was adamant that the gyprock material in both ceiling and wall would not contain asbestos and also refused to accept a call out fee.
The company could have easily taken the sample anyway to warrant a call out and inspection fee but did not. Great company with good word of mouth reputation. In the future I’ll be sure to use them

I have been a property investor/developer for 15 years. Daniel was very honest, fair, price competitive and helpful. My site had to be rescheduled as my power didn’t disconnect on time. He worked overtime to fit me in at 24 hours notice. Coastal didn’t charge me any penalties for delaying the demolition and instead helped push the power company to do their work immediately. They also organised all the certification and other issues that I needed to start. I also had issues with my neighbours which coastal was able to act as a mediator and take the time to resolve. From first phone call to phone call to let me know he was on his way to give me a quote l was impressed. The quote came in at a good price and was more then happy to proceed . The guys who came to remove asbestos from our 5 balcony were polite and hard working. The clean up site post removal was immaculate. They replaced all the furniture that was on the balconies without been asked. Could not recommend them more.

I was honestly pleased with all aspects of their service. Our bathroom was booked in quickly, they arrived on time, the workers on the day were respectful and worked fast to finish the room. Absolutely no complaints and I will be booking the company again for the 2 other asbestos rooms.
