Issue: Water not coming out of shower.
Pros: Early, gave heads-up when they were on their way, talked about all steps required, polite and friendly.
Cons: Thought they fixed the problem but didn't (needed to get another plumber in later the same day who solved it), verbally quoted for a full shower reno, said they'd email a written quote but never did.
