3 lifts broken after power outage. I wish the engineers who desined that lift to live on a 6 floor with a baby and with smelly recycled bins close to their door in a hot summer. Company customer support special thank for not to be able to replace the parts for a long period of time.

If I could give a zero star rating it would be it!! The last two weeks the lifts have broken down every day for hours. The technician comes fixes it quickly and leaves. It’s been 5 hours !!!! And they still don’t have a ETA after been waiting for lift to work for hours stuck outside. Communication with the staff is patchy and reactive. Do not recommend

Their careless slowest work behaviour and lack of efficiency lack of service for us about nearly 2 months the two lifts doesn't work in the same building at Washington Park, we welcome them come to experience walk upstairs everyday for 2 months. If next time the lifts won't work, we would welcome them to come to start the lift duty for us.

All lifts at Northgate apartments have not been operational for several weeks. We were informed that Schindler technicians were too busy to repair the lifts for the next couple of weeks. Poor service and a severe lack of trained technicians is obvious.

I live on a high floor in a building Meadowbank in Sydney and our lift has been broken for 2 and a half weeks. It has broken once or twice a year sincs I moved in around 5 years ago.
Schindler will not provide an estimated date as to when it will be fixed and claim they need to fabricate a part in Switzerland and ship it here first. There are at least 30 lifts of the same age in the complex and there would be thousands in Sydney, so it doesn't take much foresite to know you should keep parts on hand.
I suspect Schindler is just overloaded with the apartment boom and that's the real reason for

Extraordinary poor service. Pathetic quality of maintenance.
Location:Parramatta River Vistas apartment at 1A morton street, building No. 2.
Elevator out of order since 16-02-2019 till today (19-03-2019). This is just 2 year old building so i am assuming the elevator is not there for more than 2 years so it should be in pretty new condition. First issue was tag panel which stopped working and for that little part, they said they are getting it from China and fixed in 7 days. Very next day, elevator malfunctioned and someone got stuck into it, emergency rescue came and evacuated the person in

Worst lift I have ever seen. First time I entered in my building, I saw digital lift, thought it must be new technology and must be pretty good. But, hey, it's a lift that breaks almost every day.
I live in the building (8-10 Northumberland Road, Auburn, NSW 2144) which has poor fire stairs management, because building has issue with vagrant living in the fire stairs and pooing, peeing, injecting needles (you can see blood drops) in there. It smells terrible. My kid has to deal with this everyday. And this LIFT (OUR LIFE SAVER) breaks after hour it is fixed. I wonder it must be costing strata

My building is just 1.5 year old. Three weeks ago our lift was down for 1 week and every one in building was using the fire stairs.
Worst part is yesterday dated 19.10.2018 . I stuck inside the lift . No mobile reception to call Schindler. Tried calling with the Emergency button. It doesn’t work. After hours of work I manually and luckily out from the door... I have little kids I wonder what will happen if it will happen if I am with my kids or it will happen with some one else.. now service technician working on it and due to weekend no parts .. I am not sure when this lift be in working order

The company focus on revenue rather than service.
Not enough technicians on the rd, they can’t keep up with work load and unfortunately are unable to service lifts on regular basis.
When they do it is just a quick service as they don’t have time and need to run to the next job.
They company keeps getting new contracts/lifts
to service but the number of technicians on the rd remains the same.
I feel bad for the technicians as they end up copping the blame while the issue is at the executive level.
No regular maintenance means lifts brake more often and people get trapped.
