The steam cleaning process, commonly referred to as "hot water extraction, " involves a fairly straightforward application. On a typical job where carpet cleaning is the only issue, we will spray the designated areas with a mild cleaning detergent that loosens up any dirt or grime (this detergent should not be confused with chemical treatment, which is used for specific, heavily stained or damaged carpet).
Our standard cleaning procedure involves Steam Cleaning, which allows us to perform a deep clean of your carpet/rug and can be used for most fabrics/materials (there are rare exceptions that we may point out upon pre-inspection). You may find that your lounge room, bedroom, or other living area is leaving behind that musty smell and no amount of vacuuming seems to get rid of.
Flooding damage can have some terrible short and long term effects. We respond and work quickly with this in mind because we know that every second counts when something like this happens. Amazing!!! We had two rooms cleaned with pet stain removal, and our 3 seater couch with a chaise cleaned. The price he quoted was fantastic - I expected that price for the couch or the carpet alone! I came home to carpet that looked brand new and a couch that looked like it had just come out of the box brand new again!
We’ll be using ABA again the next time we need our carpets cleaned :-)

Joon did a fantastic job on our couches. In the past when we’ve had them cleaned, they stayed wet for days and had a musty smell afterwards.
