Shocking service I live in Richmond and had a couch cushion and 2 backs damaged at my holiday rental. I called to see if they could do the job they said they were busy untill February, I said no problem I understand every one is busy before Christmas. I said can you give me a rough idea on price and I got a very rude reply of no its not a good time. I won't be using you very unhelpful service.
