We purchased a wood fire this autumn and are so impressed with the customer service Central West Heating provided. Matt went out of his way to find something that fitted out non-standard fireplace space perfectly. We had a minor issue with our flue - and Matt was back to fix it literally within 2 minutes of my call to the office. He was just around the corner - but still. I couldn't believe it.
