Cannot more highly recommend Karen as she made my property purchase smooth sailing with her professionalism and understanding. I was extremely stressed with being a first home buyer and not knowing the process. Karen was fantastic walking me through the steps and was always super prompt and caring answering any questions I had (which was many).

Highly recommended. Very professional and reliable. We did out estate planning with Chris White and were made feel comfortable the whole way through. The process was handled professionally and explained in plain English and there was nothing that we were left wondering about. We had Karen to help us with the purchase of our home a couple of years ago. A wonderful, caring and considerate lady. Everything was so easy with Karen. She really knows her job. It was my first property, and I was an overseas buyer, I had countless trouble and challenges. Mr. Chris White of SBM offered tremendous help in the settlement. I did never expect a penalty-free result as my mortgage application lagging behind.
