Buying our first home with Pat could not have gone better. It was a smooth process, and we felt all the options were clearly laid out before us, unbiased and pragmatically, and we have not looked back once on our decision. We were on the fence on one of our property choices we which subsequently missed out on. Pat was very patient with us as we finalised the process. It was a really stressful time for us. Settling on a property weeks prior to Christmas. We had a few setbacks with the lender but the team at North Brisbane Home Loans pivoted and had it all under control the entire time. I highly recommend! The best service I’ve ever had! For our last two properties we went through the “usual franchised brokers” and found they were helpful at the start and then got distracted towards the end … not North Brisbane Home Loans. Pat and the team were really helpful and worked with us for well over a year before we were finally able to buy. No matter where we were at in our journey they were always available on email to assist with information and I appreciated how realistic they were. Genuinely, a great authentic service and experience- dealing with Patrick & the team was great - they were quick with great attention to details. They also helped steer us in the right direction when we were looking for advice but also gave us room to come to our own conclusions.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with North Brisbane Home Loans. I was able to buy my first home with the advice, help and professional guidance of Pat and his team. I was very well looked after from the minute I reached out. Everything was handled in a very friendly, professional and timely manner. Whenever I was worried, unsure or needed assurance I was replied to promptly with everything I needed to know. The team were even willing to drive to my workplace to ensure all of my documentation could be signed and submitted promptly. I cannot recommend them enough!
