We will be moving away from fully Bulk Billing any procedure consultations and introducing a "Mixed Billing" system and therefore it will be necessary to have your visit paid in full at the time of the visit. We will only be able to bulk bill patients who are concession or under 16 years of age. Your invoice will display the MBS item number and amount along with any other charges which may NOT be subject to Medicare billing.

Services
This practice runs on an appointment system. Although GP's try their best to run on time with appointments, emergencies may arise which can cause delay. Walk in patients will be triaged and dealt with accordingly and will be attended to as soon as possible, although patients with an appointment or emergencies will be given queue priority.

Hiii today i went to medical center melton in the afternoon i got really bad experience with receptionist i was with my daughter and wife. I know that was my wife's appointment doesnt mean i cant sit there to wait for wife. I didnt see these type of disgusting receptionist in my life before because me and my wife always go to hoppers crossing and werribbe all of staff and receptionist are really good. Disgusting man spoil my day 😡
