We will be moving away from fully Bulk Billing any procedure consultations and introducing a "Mixed Billing" system and therefore it will be necessary to have your visit paid in full at the time of the visit. We will only be able to bulk bill patients who are concession or under 16 years of age. Your invoice will display the MBS item number and amount along with any other charges which may NOT be subject to Medicare billing.

Medicare rebate portion of your invoice may be claimed at the time of payment, however the balance of the invoice will be an out of pocket payment. Please see our Fees Schedule for further explanation.
Services
This practice runs on an appointment system. Although GP's try their best to run on time with appointments, emergencies may arise which can cause delay. Walk in patients will be triaged and dealt with accordingly and will be attended to as soon as possible, although patients with an appointment or emergencies will be given queue priority.

Worst place in melbourne, you have wait for no reason even you have appointment.
Poor quality no proper car park available.
I truly don't recommend this place. Waste of money for sure.

Hiii today i went to medical center melton in the afternoon i got really bad experience with receptionist i was with my daughter and wife. I know that was my wife's appointment doesnt mean i cant sit there to wait for wife. I didnt see these type of disgusting receptionist in my life before because me and my wife always go to hoppers crossing and werribbe all of staff and receptionist are really good. Disgusting man spoil my day 😡

Doctor Hussain did not care to listen about my problems. Had no idea what I was trying to explain to him. Didn’t seem to care about my health at all. Do not recommend at all!!

By allowing Doctors to prescribe S8 medications for those who have chronic pain and need them. We have had to change doctors after following our amazing GP to Q1, because she is no longer allowed to prescribe the meds that my son needs.

Went in to get a piece of metal out of my eye. The "gp" couldn't even see it, I could in my home mirror. They sent me away saying it was just scratched. I went elsewhere they found it strait away and go it out. Not a good place.

Doctors are great but buggers are terrible poor at time management and even with appointment you have to wait for minimum average of an hour. Your original sickness will be gone waiting and you will pick new one. Be prepared.
