We understand that you need a reliable service which is why you can choose either a 4 weekly or 8 weekly service and we provide you with a collection calendar so you can see exactly the date we will be there to collect! All that we ask is that if you ever don't require a collection you let us know by text, phone or email by at least 6pm the day prior.
