I order a transmission for a 1999 Ford E-350 Econoline on 04/26/21, it took them over a month to built the transmission and shipped over.
The transmission had a hard shift between gears, not even 200 miles later the engine dies when the vehicle is at a stop sign.
Tried to get them to warranty the transmission but there only option and solution was to send the transmission back to them at my expense.
Good luck getting someone there to pickup the phone as well.
A complete garbage and wasted 2349.99$
Just go somewhere else if you need a transmission work.

My grand daughter was using my 2004 Jeep and transmission was slipping at stop sing and engine steaming and Nick was behind her.He got the Jeep to his shop and checked it out,said he was not an engine guy ,but transmission was gone and most likely engine.He wanted $3,,000.00 plus to get a one year warranty.The jeep had expensive tires was a one owner and he would help her out and give her $350.00 for the whole thing minus $60.00 for driving the Jeep 3 blocks to his shop.I wanted a certified engine person to check the engine and transmission out.I had it sent to AutoLab and Raymond found the radiator

Transmission died, talked to some other places, couldn't deliver and/or were much pricier. These guys bent over backwards to get me set up. Customer service was awesome, answered all my questions.
While I was waiting, you see other customers come in and see how quickly and thoroughly they were looked after. Definitely would recommend.

I'm very happy with the purchase of a rebuilt THD400 transmission for my truck. Took about 6 weeks to get it to my door. Best to phone them for a timeline from the get go, and call occasionally for status updates. Don't just fill in the order form. Cheaper to order from them directly than using that popular auction-site, where Shiftrite also maintains a storefront.
My local mechanic was impressed with the appearance, packaging, and reasonable cost of the unit.

Ordered a reman 5r55e from these guys after mine gave out due to them listing that their transmissions are rebuilt using very high quality products and well known brands for 1/2 the cost of a local rebuild. Communication was clear and shipping was simple and the unit looked and felt great when it arrived and so far feels better than any other 5r55 ive drivin so far hopefully it can handle the fun to come.

I ordered my reman transmission for my Dodge ram 1500. I placed my order online and immediately got a confirmation call with eta. I ended up getting my transmission shipped out early even all the way in Florida! After having my local shop install my transmission my truck feels better then new. I’ve put about 1k miles on since all towing a large trailer, and thanks to the upgrades and corrections shift rite made to the Factory mopar design my truck doesn’t skip a beat. I’m very happy with everything.

I ordered a replacement transmission After several weeks of waiting I decided to call the company I never received any tracking information. I was starting to wonder what was going on so I called the company and talked to the owner I believe his name was Nick. He told me due to covid they were extremely backed up. SAYS SHIPS IN 3 DAYS! I asked him if the shipping company would leave the transmission at my garage. I don't remember his exact answer but it was very vague and didn't really tell me what was going on. He was being kinda rude. So I'm trying to be patient over here. More weeks go by so

I’m really late writing this but I but late than never. I bought a Ford ranger and immediately started having transmission and engine issues. I chased these issues for months. Long story short, these guys help led me for months. Multiple products, suggestions, and wiring diagrams. These guys will do right by you. Legitimate, reliable and SAFE place to do business with. I've never bought a transmission online before and was skeptical going into this blind however, Nick made this a very pleasant exchange from start to finish. He was knowledgeable , accommodating and a man of his word. I work for a logistics company and wanted to ship privately rather through which worked out great. Once the transmission was installed and fired up i took a drive down some back rides and was the smoothest ride since i originally bought my truck.
