I had the good fortune of recently working with Elan in securing a 12 government contract.
All the way throughout our dealings, he was very professional, knowledgeable and really went the extra mile to ensure that I wasn't kept in the dark despite the trying circumstances. He even managed to assist me in getting promoted before I began!
I would definitely recommend Adecco and Elan specifically for people looking for government contract work.

Adecco have been finding me work for years! Temp jobs that saw me though uni, gigs to tie me across breaks from work. In recent years, Samantha has been by main contact. She's friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. With other recruiters I've felt pushed around and manipulated; not here :)

I have had a positive experience with the Adecco Recruitment Team. Coming from a niche sector, finding a job suitable to my profile and experience wasn't easy. I connected with Ian on LinkedIn, and the next thing I knew, he referred my profile to Samantha in the CBD office, who deals with my my kind of roles. In a short time Samantha and I discussed my scope in detail. Their "managers" are usually clueless and have absolutely no people skills neither management skills.
I wonder who hires them.
Also...
No support. You will be dumped on their client site and if you complain about OHS or something, you will "magically" be no longer requested.
Also...
they seem to rather hiring Asians and Indians over Australians.

Went in yesterday to meet with Kelly. Front desk staff were very polite however Kelly was outstanding right through the process. Some recruiters offer you the world, get you in the door to fill in the paperwork then you hear nothing. I believe there is credibility with the staff at Adecco Southbank (certainly with those I met) who appear to be very proactive, people friendly and want to assist. Hopefully the proof will be in the pudding!
