Autohaus Northshore was established twenty years ago as an independent European car workshop by Nigel Hook, who has over 30 years' experience in European cars. He has worked in leading dealerships and received factory training from European manufacturers in Sydney. At Autohaus Northshore, we believe it's our duty to help you protect your European vehicle - a valuable asset - while providing unparalleled value.
Word of mouth and referrals have been our main form of advertising for over 20 years. Our customers are discerning and keep returning. We provide logbook servicing to all European car models, including Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen (VW), Skoda and Volvo models. We also do Registration Inspections while you wait. We provide air conditioning car services to all European car models, including Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, VW/Volkswagen and Volvo models.

I highly recommend Nigel & the team at Autohaus Northshore. I work in the automotive industry myself & I know there are some mechanics out there who are not "above board " in how they go about things. But Autohaus give me great customer service & just as importantly, peace of mind. Had my VW Golf Alltrack serviced here for the first time. Very happy nice and friendly staff. Great to get work done at an independent mechanic, who unlike the local VW dealer that is always trying to upsell you something and really are not interested in the customer... just company policy. Excellent mechanics, reliable, professional and well priced. I have 2 BMW one series cars and would not go anywhere else. All work including service and occasional repairs have been done to a high standard, they have loan cars and are very straight communicators so no surprises or Bill shock. They have a sound knowledge of BMW and are very pleasant guys whom I trust.

These guys are truly professional in every way. Work shop is immaculate and the honesty and advice from these guys is above the rest. I was kept informed of how much repairs would be and given a full itemised receipt. I picked up my car to find the mechanic polishing my windscreen. 5 star service all the way. Thanks guys
