If I had the option to put less stars I would....
Joel is unprofessional. We had him do up a bike carrier for the back of our van, was in the beginning helpful, however only 4 days in to our trip, driving highway roads, the welding cracked and could not support our 4 bike carrier, of which we only decided to put 2 bikes on in the end....
Upon contacting Joel he was accommodating saying he will help to get it fixed on the road for us as we are travelling Australia, but then basically quickly turned around and said it was our fault and too bad unless he can physically inspect.... CLEARLY UNABLE
