Victor is really knowledgeable, I'm really glad I went to him to sort my mortgage. The apartment I wanted to buy, unbeknown to me, was classed as a service apartment. My first mortgage application fell through because of this and wasted a bunch of time. Victor wasn't fazed. Once we knew about the serviced apartment classification Victor worked his magic and sorted me a home loan in two days. We cannot recommend Victor and Christal highly enough. They have taken all the guesswork out of a minefield of loan products.
