Mitch’s customer service over the phone was friendly without all the salesman pushy rubbish, offering expertise and honesty, which is getting harder to come by in any industry. Just as awesome in person, clearly has great experience and knowledge and doesn’t simply suggest the product that’s easier or cheaper for him. His pricing was already fair, then he gave me a discount once I picked up my car, on which he did a perfect job with my tint. You can usually tell someone takes their job seriously when their workshop is clean, and that applies here.

Even better.. my car is never undercover, endured all types of environments including the snow, I even have dogs in the car slobbering all over my windows and it's been years without one single fault or peel! The product is as 10/10 in quality as it is effective.
When It was time to get the house tint done, I had no idea there would be so many options and choices. However, with guidance from the expert himself he taught us everything about the film, took time to understand

After doing some research I found Getinted on 3m's website (They were the only one approved to use 3m crystalline). I had my vf commodore ute tinted with 3m crystalline 40. Mitch showed me the difference between the tint films with the different infra red and BTU meters etc. So I knew what I was getting. The suntec carbon XP that everyone was saying was the best was letting through over 60% of infra red, the crystalline was only letting through 3%. (I was a bit hesitant about the job he would do because he is working in a garage until his new factory gets built.)
