Finding Andrew was a blessing for my elderly parents. After having to reschedule from their usual podiatrist my parents could not have been happier. Highly recommend Mark Albert (and him team) at Step Relief Podiatry. His calm and gentle nature makes you feel at ease instantly. Mark took the time to thourougly explain his treatment plan and ideas for my daughters condition. After other failed attempts (with other health care professionals) I am pleased to say her podiatry issue are finally resolved.

My name's Alex, had a super fun time with Mark Albert my podiatrist, I wanted to avoid surgery so I had a few conservative ingrown nail removal sessions over a couple of months but then things got worse so I went for partial nail avulsion surgery to permanently fix the ingrown nail problem. Slight sting of anaesthetic and then the rest of the procedure was extremely comfortable and relaxing, he even let me choose the music in the background haha. Mark is extremely competent, knowledgeable and fun to chat to, highly highly recommend him for all things foot related.

Have seen Mark three times now and my ingrown toenail was dealt with timely, professionally and with such great care. Mark is always early, takes the time to make you feel comfortable and very informative. It has been a pleasure dealing with him and his team during this time. I cannot recommend these guys enough.
