This is the first time I bought a masthead amplifier to replace my 10-year old weather-damaged amp. At first attempt of DIY-installation, I couldn't make it work so I've reached out to John for guidance. He was so very helpful - and even responded after work hours to help guide me to isolate-test the possible issue. John really knows his stuff - and the assistance he provided to me was really an excellent form of customer service. I highly recommend John's business and customer service. The relationship surely doesn't end at selling products (or warranty) - it keeps going until you make it work

The quality of the antennae bracket was far superior than anything Bunnings sell. I dealt with staff over phone and customer service was well beyond expectations. It has been installed now for 6 months and it is perfect. You will not go wrong with The Antenna Company.

I had no idea what I needed before talking and spending quite some time on the phone. I was not rushed, nor pushed, and was shown great patience in helping me find the right solution for my needs. I placed my order, it was made up and dispatched the same day. A lead was made up for me, so I did not have to work out how to do it. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive, though the potions were given, in fact the final recommendation was not top of the range.
I have not come across an online purchase as good as this, whilst I don't have the product yet to comment on the quality, the service

UPDATE: John called me back and abused me, swearing at me for leaving the review. He said this was Australia Post's fault and that if he does receive the parcel back he will keep the money. Told me "never to contact him again and have a nice life."
Google reviews exist to help other users, so they don't have to face behaviour like this. I won't be threatened to take a review down to get a refund for a product I have not received.
The problem is how they dealt with the problem, not the original mistake.
