AG Holding & Co. was founded by Alec Gerald Holding. Alec was a skilled tool maker and craftsman who built AG Holding's first factory by hand in Highett, Vic. AG Holding was left to his wife Mary who took up directing and continuing Alec's legacy. Later and as a qualified tool-maker himself, Peter - Alec and Mary's son, oversaw the production side of the business while their other son Ian ran sales.
Our engineers use the latest design and manufacturing software to efficiently produce both simple and complex components. Our experts are happy to help through the whole design and manufacturing process. We have the in-house ability to develop low volume metal parts for R&D and pre-production with little to no tooling investment due to the extensive range of machinery and tooling built up over the last 60 years.
