Being a mother, I have been on the receiving end of some well-intentioned but less-than-perfect baby gifts. I realised there was a gap in the baby hampers market and Baby Batches was born out of our desire to fill that gap. With experience in business, sales and administration I set out to create a company offering contemporary, boutique baby hampers filled with top-quality products and sold at an affordable price.
To the wonderful girls at Baby Batches, I placed an order with you about 2 weeks ago over the phone and was assisted in choosing a baby hamper for my niece by Jane who was just lovely and so helpful over the phone. Jane took the pain out of me deciding from the big selection of baby hampers and went into detail as to what was in each box so I could get an idea of quality.
