Services
The FRONT room has a queen size bed, television and an ensuite with double bath and separate walk in shower. It provides an insight of how it was in days gone by with its polished Kauri timber floorboards, high ceilings and the original open fireplace. The VIEW room offers lovely sea views from the bay window across the garden, very calming and peaceful.
Beautiful heritage cottage with great views, immaculately clean, an outstanding breakfast and very friendly hosts. Couldn't have been better. We were lucky enough to find this delightful B & B just driving around looking for accommodation, so had no expectations. Gail and David made us feel so comfortable and "at home" it was like staying with friends.

Gail and Dave were amazing hosts and Cocora Cottage is just beautiful. The view over the bay is spectacular and the cottage itself is filled with history and warmth and pure comfort. The rooms are beautifully decorated and there are so many little touches that make your stay amazing including the delicious breakfast. The cottage is close to Eden town centre but so quiet, and the cottage gardens are also a delight. Gail had great recommendations for touring Eden and her love of the area inspired us too. Had a great time!

Could not be happier with the historic Cocora Cottage and our wonderful hosts Gail and David. Comfortable and roomy cottage with superb views over Two Fold Bay. A welcoming fire in the evening and a delicious breakfast to start the new day all provided by our hosts. The Eden coast is spectacular and made more enjoyable by our stay at Cocora Cottage.

We had a wonderful 3 nights staying at Cocora Cottage recently. This historic property, the old police station, has been beautifully restored and was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We stayed in the "View Room" at the back of the property that looked out over Twofold Bay. Upstairs, from the dining room and the terrace, the view was even more spectacular.
We particularly enjoyed our breakfasts each morning and returning in the evening to the cosy fire in the original front parlour.
Gail and Dave are excellent hosts and provided some good suggestions of places for us to visit during our stay

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Cocora Cottage B&B in late June 2020. The B&B is a converted Police station beautifully renovated and so very clean. It’s well located within walking distance to town. Our hosts Dave and Gail were wonderful and couldn’t do enough for us to ensure a comfortable stay. We were given a choice of bedroom, we opted for the front room that gave us exclusive access to the lounge room complete with a working fire place - so cosy.
We were also given a breakfast menu each day so we could choose a hot breakfast. Breakfast which was a sit down feast, was served up stairs

If I could give this beautiful cottage a 10/10 I would ! This was by far one of the best stays we’ve even stayed in down on the south coast! Hubby and I stayed here for a Babymoon before our little one is due and it was the best decision. The hosts, Gail and Dave were absolutely wonderful, gorgeous, friendly and downright lovely people ! Dave made our breakfast table look beautiful every morning and the breakfast by Gail was just what we wanted ! They also had so much information about Eden that helped shape our adventure even more !!
The cottage was gorgeous and well looked after. Beautiful

I had a wonderful nights stay at Cocora, highly recommended and will look to stay again when I have the chance.
Gail and David were there to greet me with the place warm and ready to go. Bedroom was comfy, quiet and had everything required.
Breakfast was set up and ready early, lots of choice for what I wanted. A great 180 degree view of the water is very enjoyable to relax to.
Thanks again and look forward to coming back.

Lovely B&B. Only two rooms. I stayed three nights in the back room looking over the bay. The front room is a bit bigger, but both rooms are quiet and comfortable, with en suite bathrooms. The bedrooms are not next to each other. I was there in winter and the main attraction was the front parlour, where I spent a lot of time lazing in front of the wood burning stove reading something I picked out of hosts' Gail and Dave's book collection. So cosy and relaxing. There's also a living room upstairs, with a terrace in summer, with amazing views. Gail knows everything there is to know about Eden - great
