Aaron was very kind and helpful. They clearly know their stuff. They came out and didn't charge me for it, even though that is unheard of nowadays. He even talked me through fixing the fixture on my own over the phone after he left.

I usually do my own home maintenance, this problem was beyond my capabilities. Needed to replace my leaking shower valve. While replacing look simple on the internet, it was much more complex than what I was comfortable. Call Drain Away, they were able to schedule an appointment within a week. The technician arrive on time with the right part (per a my photo) and then fixed things within 45-60 minutes. I watched the replacement which was complex and I am glad for his expertise. While cost was more than if I tried to do it myself, I feel it was very worthwhile.

It was easy to make a fast appointment for the following day. The owner on the phone was pleasant and helpful. The technician quickly assessed the problem and fixed it in short order. The charges were very reasonable. I used these guys 3-4 times and have always been satisfied.

We have used Drain Away Plumbing multiple times. We have had pipes snaked, replaced and modified. The staff is kind and hard-working! We would highly recommend the services. Fair and reasonably priced too!

I was very happy with the service that this plumbing company did for us...The guys that were sent out were very quality guys.....the worked hard without a bunch of fuss and fixed a nasty situation.by replacing old black pipe with the much better PVC pipe...they were very particular about keeping things clean...Matt and the other guy were ( sorry but I can't remember his name) very appreciated in our house for their work, additude, and just getting it done...thank you guys...!
