I have been having issues with my bossweld welder. I emailed your customer services multiple times and sent a video and description of the fault saying I am desperately looking for your help as the company is standing still without the welder and losing money every day. After your initial response saying you sent the video to your technicians I have simply been ignored. I have followed up multiple times saying I desperately need your help but no response. For this reason we as a company can simply not afford to work with you again. You clearly do not value us as a customer and have absolutely zero

Well not so good so far .. I think it's a case of going to there shop and getting served there . It's a small importer got my machine from Bunnings . . . The manual is not good . The service is slow . Will ring u back
Don't hold your breath . I am hoping it will be a good machine . I hope I am right . We took it off the job . Wasted to much time . Went back to our old unit . So far a waste of money .

Late last year had a negative experience with a seller of the dynaweld unit. The owner himself rectified the situation immediately. The owner himself was a pleasure to deal with and even supplied extra tips, lubricant AND a massive roll of wire. Today 7th june the owner of dynaweld was kind enough to assist once again with a fault. He exchanged the unit with a fully tested refurbished unit and supplied equipment to use as a gas welder. Very impressed with Dynaweld. Highly recommended!!!
