Scott sees himself back where it all started. Having opened Rixons On Pakington way back in 1993 our 3rd generation principal stylist grew the business to 3 salons with 40 plus staff. Stripped back to one salon now allows Scott to focus on what he's passionate about, training and developing staff. Having been in the industry for over 30 years his love of cutting and passing on his wealth of knowledge to others still drives his passion.

I got my hair cut and coloured today by the amazing Casey at Rixons Pakington! Casey went above and beyond to help me to achieve my hair goals. The staff at Rixons Pakington are very welcoming and will do anything to make your time in the salon as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend Casey, and will be going back to see her in the near future!

I usually get my hair cut in Sydney and I'd have trouble finding service as good as Rixons, there. My stylist, Taylor listened to what I was asking for and made sure she understood. She then went on to discuss how we could achieve that. Sometimes in a busy salon I can feel pressured or patronised, but Taylor was friendly, informative and patient. I even received a call a couple of weeks later to make sure I was happy with the results, which I was. The salon itself had a friendly bright ambience and a little in store cafe area.

Unfortunately had 2 very bad experiences here. Rude service including insulting comments, not introducing themselves, swapping me between 3-4 different staff members both times. Called me the wrong name and had the wrong person so almost gave me incorrect colour. Rough and messy with hair at times even painful. Uneven highlights and took an hour longer than quoted for simple half head of foils. Overpriced and a poor job but mostly upset with service. Did my best to communicate my concerns politely and was not heard at all. Would not recommend to anyone.
