Very rude! Walked in with my mother asking for advice on flights, we were abruptly told she was busy and told to come back, but couldn’t give us a time to come back. Then the lady said ‘do you have a computer’ and we answered yes, she replied with “well maybe have a look on there because we see what you see”. Absolutely appalling for a travel agency who are meant to help people with flights!
