Urban Fusion Massage & Day Spa

I got a spa package here for my wife. She's been to a few other well know day spas around Canberra and rates this as probably her best experience yet. Will definitely be attending Urban Fusion again.

Wouldn't go anywhere else for a massage. Great service and the massage was perfect, just what I needed.

Ouch! Very kind staff but they weren't very receptive to feedback, prefering the motto "it doesn't matter if it hurts while I do it, it only matters if it keeps hurting after I stop". I know others have had good experiences, but this isn't the kind of place for me.

I had two Swedish massages with Chrissy in the space of a week - great communication and felt great afterwards. Very easy to book.

It is a horrible place. Neverr recommend it . It was a waste of my money and time. During the massage the door was opened and I couldn’t relax for a minute. Peace was equal to zero . We had body scrub and were… left with rashes due to very rough scrubbing despite asking the therapist to be gentle. In a 60min full body massage, only 1 minute massage was done on the full legs. Told the owner about the experience,he said next time he would give us 30% off, which means i had to spent few more hundreds and pay twice for the service. They ruined our time. DONOT TRUST THEM.

Probably the best massage I have ever had (and I get a lot of them). I both do weights and work at a desk so I have terrible knots, and so I asked for a firm massage. They really knew what they were doing and went to town on my knots, but managed to make it more tolerable than other places I have been. They are also very professional and clearly take a lot of pride in their work which is wonderful to see. I left feeling incredible, thank you for a wonderful experience - I will come back for sure

Every time I visit Urban Fusion massage I have a great experience. They are reasonably priced but the masseuses are always so strong and competent at what they do. Recommend!

Sorry- that’s all it would have taken. Utter disappointment is how me and my family are feeling from your error. We will never be back. And my massage was very average.

Been having remedial massage here for some time for a chronic injury and find it's one of the most effective treatments I've had for ages. Highly recommended. Ask for Tantawan who does a fantastic job.

Absolutely loved it! Fantastic massage, perfect pressure, lovely service and totally taken care of. Would highly highly recommend. We went for the couples package and it was the perfect way to relax after a stressful month - and great to relieve aching necks and shoulders too :)
Only negative at all was that my partner got very dehydrated as the temperature of the room was very hot; but as soon as this was pointed out, the temperature was adjusted and the rest of the session was great

Very poor service, my partner and I booked a couples massage, we were shown our room and were left waiting for over 55 minutes before our masseuses came in because they were understaffed. We were not told this at the time and had no idea how long the wait would be. Every 15 minutes someone stuck their head in and said “not too much longer.” We actually considered just walking out at one point as we had other things to do! Our massage started well over an hour late! My massage was fine, my partner would have said “too hard” or “please lighten up the pressure” at least 15 times in a 60
