We are trained to create your dining experience, and make it an enjoyable and relaxed moment for you. Black Pearl Catering was founded in 2015 by Gaelle Isabelle Morival and has been operated by her ever since. Born in Paris, she was brought up in a culture where food and the sense of gathering for meals, was not only a necessity to connect, but a real art of living.

Rich memories of sharing meals with her large family around the Long table in their summer home of St Malo, and also with friends while studying in Paris, is a feeling she loves to recreate and convey to her clients. Galle migrated from France to Australia in 1999 with her young family and pursued her career in sales & marketing to further joined her long time passion for the hospitality industry in 2004.

Gaelle and Eric organised 2 Amazing Sitting down Diner Party for us. It was just Superbe, Amazing and Delicious.
The two diners party were mostly guest from France and Italy and big Foodie- Connoisseur of refined foods. Eric and Gaelle cooked 4 courses to perfection each time. I highly recommend it. Your guest will be impressed. They have the magic ingredient for the perfect party.
I am already booking the next one due to my guest wanted to do it again.

I have used Black Pearl a number of times for corporate functions and would highly recommend using them for any event. The food is always to a high standard and is presented elegantly. Gaelle's attention to detail is impeccable and it sets them apart from any caterer I have used previously.
