We fully paid our order. There is a FCC (Future Cruise Credit)policy by Carnival during Covid-19 crisis last year and one of their staff told us we should have 1000 AUD as our credit in our Carnival account. Now I tried to communicate with Deck Chair Cruising again since the cruise won't restart until this May. Therefore,our February cruise has been cancelled for sure. The lady named Loretta didn't reply me anything about the FCC policy and she directly cancelled our 1000 Credit without informing us. In fact no one replys us anymore. ...this services and customer communication are disappointing
