We engaged DSC-IT to provide our Managed Support Services approximately 18 months ago as our support was being provided by a sister agency who were themselves outsourcing their IT department. The procurement, on-boarding process and the continued day to day support has been outstanding over this period and we are currently in the process of securing an extension to our existing contract with DSC-IT for a further 3 years.
It should also be noted that whilst they provide responsive and effective managed support services, we have also implemented a significant number of IT improvements over this

I have working with Mark O'Malley and his team for about 2 years now on developing an app. I have found their service to be of an exceptional standard.
