Visit Central Station, a former Forestry Camp, Wangggoolba Creek which flows silently through the lush sub-tropical rainforest. Drive along the 75 mile Beach to see the coloured sands of The Pinnacles and the wreck of the cruise ship, SS Maheno. Have a swim at Eli Creek or make a visit to Lake McKenzie, its Fraser's most beautiful fresh-water lake in its crystal clear waters or its white sandy shores.

Comfortable cabins, well set so you can sleep with windows open

It’s on a dirt road, that is quite drivable in the wet.
It is a hike to Gympie if you are late so make sure you bring your own food on the way in. No restaurant .... yet.

This was the worst pre holiday experience we have had. We booked and paid this place two months before our holiday through Airbnb. Three weeks before our holiday the manager (Brian) send us a message asking to change our holiday dates for 5 days earlier. We decline changing the dates and then he decided to cancel our booking because "New terms and conditions have been introduced and no agreement was reached". What a dishonest and selfish person do that!!! He tried to call us probably to cancel through Airbnb and then book under his conditions (more expensive? different dates?) as he did with another

Dishonest management who did make up story to make me cancel my booking which was made via airbnb. After cancelation I tried to do as he suggested which book directly from his website or booking, apparently he removed everything from booking and airbnb so that the only way to book is from his website. He made the minimum stay is three night while i booked previously for 2 night. Do not trust him
