These guys were assigned by a previous landlord. They arrive when they feel like it, without notice and try to increase the frequency without being noticed. Daryl was condescending to my partner when speaking to her and is obviously a masoginist. Even then refused to contact my partner when needed, even though advised she was the contact.
Part of their scope was retic maintenance, and when we vacated we had to pay a retic guy $255 to fix the retic and he advised it had signs of not being maintained for years.
