The staff were so friendly, went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after at our stay. The location was great, so close to the beach and the highway so it was easy to get to other towns. The room was also very spacious.

The overall place was excellent . Staff are all very nice friendly people . Room was large clean and good place to chill out . We had dinner and breakfast the food was delicious. Once again staff were more than helpful and friendly.
We enjoyed our stay .

The hotel needs a good spruce up, not surprising after being closed for months. A bit tired too. But rooms were clean, bed comfortable and great staff clearly happy to be back at work. Restaurant is fabulous.

Its more a motel kinda vibes rather than a hotel. Room is spacious. It has hotel amenities for pool and tennis court, spa and gym. Overall place is quite nice the only draw back is minor issues with HSK. Blanket sheet has dusty stain on one side, not sure if its actually washed thoroughly. Room and bathroom floor was sticky as we came in and later figured out it was actually sticky from dried soap as we started the shower and the floor get wet and it was basically covered in soap to the point had to wiped the whole bathroom with beach towel else might slip over. This could be hazardous. Besides

Probably wouldn't stay here again. Check-in staff was friendly. However the request for a quiet didn't quite meet our expectations as we're placed on the ground with a room above us. Unfortunately the soundproofing was nonexistent we could hear kids' footstep running about, people talking next door and outside and all sorts of noise. We were too tired to request a room change. The room was spacious, but the tiled floor was sticky and generally a bit dated. Wifi was patchy. Not good value considering it was $270+ a night. Not the same Mercure standard in Europe.

This place has got massive potential just need more TLC. It's a motel style hotel. Close to Werri beach and a 15-20min stroll down to Gerringong local shops and cafes. You can get drive to Berry in 15min and close to a couple of wineries and Stoic brewery. Our room was big with one double bed and two single which we requested to make into a king and a small courtyard overlooking the tennis court and adult only pool lagoon. Very peaceful and serene. We got complimentary drinks at the bar but the wines weren't nice and we didn't drink them. We decided not to eat at the restaurant as it really didn
