We are a family run upholstery business with over 60 combined years experience in both domestic and commercial recovery work, based out of our factory at Warana on the Sunshine Coast.
Our showroom is open weekdays and stocks the largest fabric display in the area, with hundreds of indoor and outdoor fabrics to choose from including Warwick, Wortley, Zepel, Charles Parsons, James Dunlop and more. Whether you're an interior designer and know exactly the look you're after, or have a small recovery and repair job we'll work with you to ensure you achieve the perfect finished product.

Recover your old outdoor seat cushions and outdoor bench cushions with a wide range of premium UV stabilised outdoor fabrics to choose from including Warwick, Wortley Sunbrella and more. Whether your outdoor cushions need replacement covers or you're after custom outdoor cushions made to fit your existing outdoor furniture, we will replace foam and fillings where needed.

I had 4 dining room chairs reupholstered by The Platinum Upholstery. I was debating whether to throw them away or reupholster and so glad I decided on the latter . The quality of work completed by The Platinum Upholstery is unsurpassed, I now have 4 brand new chairs! The fabric is amazing, the attention to detail and the turn around time was great, even during covid. The responsiveness of Cheena has made this a very good experience. Totally recommended!

I was looking for someone with experience to upholstery my antique rocking chair, some of my sofa's, and to get some custom made furniture done. I was very pleased with the work that I received. The detail in my new custom made furniture amazed me. It truly looks like a piece of art in my home. I got a custom made upholstery headboard for my bedroom, as well as my daughters bedroom. I also got my antique rocking chair upholstered and polished (looking brand-new). When the weather warms up, I will be going back to get the interior of my car custom upholstered.
