I have used Uptiles to tile the entire bottom level of my house and called them once again to get a small amount delivered once again to extend my garage.
I called the company to talk about some obtaining some new tiles for a small project I was thinking about getting done. I was still in the middle of getting quotes etc from builders. The Sales woman "Sue" mentioned that they had my particular tiles on order and I would need to order them to guarantee that they would be available. She made it sound like a sense of urgency so I did not miss out as they were popular. She said to secure them I would

We purchased 78 meters of premium quality floor tiles , not seconds. Uptiles delivered to the Sunshine Coast. I was there when they were unloaded the driver was very accommodating he did not damage the tiles. When the tiler arrived and started to unload the pallet he discovered 19 boxes were damaged. Uptiles would not replace all the damaged tiles instead insisting that my tiler sort through the damaged tiles and use them for cuts ect at my expense. Only then they would replace the shortfall. Then I had too pick them up and take them up the coast , strange when we paid for delivery oh and thankfully

Can’t fault the service I’ve received from Uptiles every time I have purchased tiles from them over the last few years. The staff know the wide range of products well (makes such a nice change) and are very attentive and professional. Big thanks to Kay and Sue who really went out of their way to assist me on Thursday and also today. Great work from the storemen.

We have bought all the tiles for our new house build and outdoor areas with Uptiles and had found them very helpful. However after spending about $20,000 with this company they are refusing to refund $290 for a pool skimmer cover that is too small. Their reason for not refunding is that we purchased it over 3 months ago. The cover was purchased but the installation held up by our builder not allowing us to proceed with the pool until handover, completely out of our control. After spending all that money with them, it's appalling they refuse to refund what is a very small amount. Very disappointing

I Had been to a few tile shops yesterday trying to match some old tiles, Uptiles didn’t have an exact match but they were very helpful, the service was excellent, all other shops had been unhelpful and not interested as I only wanted a few tiles. I will be recommending Uptiles, the girls in there made my day. Thank you
