We left Australia and travelled through Hawaii, the Rocky Mountains of Canada, then onto California, Central America and South America.
We are proud to support Fairtrade and Organic practices - ensuring every bean we use is produced and traded responsibly. We believe in a system of trade that is fair to the farmers and workers that live in it daily; in a system that creates better working and environmental conditions; a system that encourages sustainable practices and keeps harmful chemicals out of our land, water and air.

Located in Burleigh Heads on the southern Gold Coast, our cafe and warehouse are the perfect testing ground for all our organic and fairtrade coffees. Placed my first online order & managed to stuff up my selection, possible suffering Mondayitis or Lockdown Blues, I contacted Joy Coffee via email & Patty & Ben graciously corrected my order without issue & done so promptly & friendly. This order was done on a whim as I overheard a conversation on Joy coffee here in a Sydney cafe by a lady who had had glowing comments on the coffee quality & flavour. So my curiosity & love of coffee certainly was not disappointed, my order arrived efficiently & well packed but most surprising an additional pack was included, a lovely generous gesture from a small

I love this little coffee shop. Super friendly and interested staff, coffee is amazing and there’s always enough seats to accomodate us when we have meetings there. Plus there’s lots of parking too outside and if that’s full you can park in the Shell next door. Well worth stopping in or making it your local.

Went here for the first time after seeing the sign on the street. Great coffee, lovely modern and airy space, and they clearly know their stuff. Wonderful service from the two lovely ladies.
